Procurement and Supply
Reulog Nigeria Limited capability in the procurement and supply of equipments include generators of different capacities, pumps, valves, line pipes, subsea cables and associated materials, automatic tank gauging systems, oil and gas metering systems, amongst others. Reulog maintains a strong relationship with reputable manufacturers overseas whose products are used in the oil & gas and process industries here in Nigeria. The relationship is through representatives’ agreement by which Reulog secures market for the products and provides local after sales services to the clients who use these products. Our procurement organization encompasses a “one-stop shop” for global project procurement services under an umbrella that includes responsibilities for purchasing, expediting (in-house and field), transportation/logistics, materials management/inventory control and subcontracts. Our procurement team works closely with the relevant client project execution teams and the vendor to ensure that all communication regarding the purchase and delivery of vendor documentation and equipment is done in a timely manner and in accordance with the project schedule. We believe in integrating the vendor and subcontractors into the project team and leveraging their assets to contribute to the success of the project. These long term relationships also allow us knowledge of current market pricing, upcoming / forecasted price increases, potential delivery increases, and labor force availability and restrictions. The relationship with our vendors and subcontractors extends throughout the procurement organization inclusive of expediting, transportation/logistics, materials management and subcontracting. Details of some of the products we supply are as follows: We take responsibility for the shipping and delivery of all products/materials to site, and we continue to maintain proper co-ordination and communications with Client with regard to any difficulties with import and customs documentation requirements. All products/materials are insured ex-factory to delivery to site.

Hydrographic Survey/Geotechnical Services
• Navigation and Positioning Services Positioning and Navigation services support clients who need to position Mobile Offshore Drilling Platforms, both Jack‐ups and Semi‐subs, with Sub‐meter accuracy. Our state of the art modern DGNSS systems supported by international partners, are proven to be industry best standard and are utilised all over the globe. • Construction Support Services Positioning and Navigation of Construction barges needing anchor monitoring, pipeline layback positioning and Mattress installation support. Carrying out Pre‐routes and As‐Laid services are also critical criteria for a successful pipeline and subsea infrastructure campaign. • Debris Clearance Surveys Using subsea scanning sonar equipment and positioning, Reulog can detect seabed surface debris and prior spud‐can penetration sites to reduce the risk of damage to Jack‐up MODU legs and can also save expensive time in problems with positioning these Jack‐ups next to existing platforms and installations. • Geophysical Hydrography Survey Services Creating detailed bathymetric charts of drilling and construction locations is essential for the design of infrastructure and the carrying out of offshore operations. Using Side Scan Sonars, Sub‐Bottom Profiles and Magnetometers, we can deliver quality data of the seabed surface and shallow subsurface that can be used to effectively used in engineering and project planning • Remotely Operated Vehicles & Diving Services Reulog a 100% indigenous Nigerian Company, offer shallow water ROV services to support subsea infrastructure installations and maintenance.

Reulog Nig Ltd began its operation with equipment leasing and supply. We are seasoned professionals who understand client needs and surpass their requirements. We have equipments like Trucks of various types and tonnages, lifting equipment like Cranes and Fork lifts of various sizes and tonnages, Generator sets of various sizes, Containers of various types and sizes, Inspection equipments for subsea inspections like ROVs, Survey equipment, Rhino boats, Offshore personnel transfer basket, Frogs, Yokoyama fenders, Waterbags and Load cells of various tonnages, Mud skits, chemical tanks, all production, drilling and water treating chemicals (THPS, HCL, ACETIC, BAYRITE, etc.), pumps, relief valves, recorders, pressure test kits, hand pumps.
Logistics/Haulage Services
With our well maintained and fully pre mobbed self loaders, low bed and flat bed trucks of different tonnages, we convey client’s equipment from ports, work locations or other sites to their various warehouses either for mobilization or demobilization purposes.
Construction & Commissioning
The goal of our construction unit is to assure the ultimate quality and integrity of your project, with the project being delivered on schedule and within budget. Using in-house construction management procedures and experience, we provide continuity and consistency of project construction management with quality assurance and control that you can depend on. At Reulog, we carefully select our construction teams according to project scope and provide them with the necessary project tools and documentation to ensure the success of the project. Our construction capability include: Preconstruction Consulting / Constructability reviews, Civil and concrete work, Structural steel erection, Piping systems erection, Mechanical/equipment installation and assembly, Shutdown and turnaround work, Plant dismantling and relocation, Heavy and rotating equipment assembly and alignment, Skid and modular unit fabrication and assembly, Materials and labor procurement and management, Project and construction management, Electrical/instrumentation, Heavy lifting and rigging, Painting and Scaffolding. Our construction management teams are involved in every stage of the job, from initiation through pre-commissioning and startup. Our personnel have a variety of hands-on field experience, training and working knowledge of various aspects of construction management tools including but not limited to Constructability Planning, Scheduling, Design, Logistics, Material Handling/Control, Project Controls, Quality Assurance, Installation, Contract Administration, amongst others. Working with the engineering design team, client representatives, fabricators and installation contractors, we provide constructability input from the front-end engineering through detailed design to ensure that engineering design deliverables are 'constructable' in the field. Our formal project specific constructability procedures provide the framework for conceptual and detailed design reviews from start to completion. The construction unit also assists in the implementation of the Construction Execution Plan based on the completed design package and performs activities required to solicit bids, select the contractors, construct the facility and pre-commission the facility for start-up. We perform both grassroots and revamp projects and we also perform as-built services for existing plants. Reulog will develop the facility commissioning plan and schedule to fit project needs. We establish milestones and identify critical paths to accomplish the successful integration of construction and precommissioning/commissioning activities.
